Zlatan Ibrahimovic has said a lot of outlandish things, but we feel pretty confident when we say that yesterday marked his most ridiculous one yet.
The Swede has been tearing up the MLS with 8 goals in his last 5 games with the LA Galaxy, and wasn’t shy (at all) when asked about his recent success. Zlatan went as far as claiming he would already have been the president of the United States if he arrived in the country 10 years ago.
Come on man…
There have been a few golden moments since Ibrahimovic crossed seas, including one involving new LA Laker LeBron James. After James announced he’d be making his way to LA, Zlatan made one of the cockiest comments of all time.
Thse are some big words from a players who hasn’t even established himself as the greatest player in franchise history. Remember that David Beckham guy? Yeah, he was pretty good, too.
The 36-year-old obviously enjoys talking, but at least he’s been able to walk the walk.
