For every aspiring athlete, getting a chance to see their favourite player or team live before their eyes is an experience they never forget throughout their lifetime.
But some young fans get an even better experience and get a chance to meet their hero or receive some sort of memorabilia from them, and that’s exactly what happened to a young Chicago Cubs fan on Monday night.
The young Cubs fan was probably stoked about just getting a chance to see his favourite team in person, but got the experience of a lifetime as Javier Baez send the youngster home with a pair of his game-used batting gloves.
That’s what it’s all about.
