n the sport of baseball, there are literally thousands of players out there affiliated with major league clubs trying to work their way up through the ranks to the big leagues.

Once in a while, you'll get a player with the same name: Chris Young and Chris Young, Adam Eaton and Adam Eaton, Chris Davis and Khris Davis (we could go on, but if you're curious about all the double names, click this link from Reddit).

While those players above share the same name, they certainly don't share the same physical attributes and looks as Brady Feigl and Brady Feigl do.

Brady Feigl is a 27-year-old left-handed pitcher from Severn, Maryland, in the Texas Rangers organization that stands 6"4'.

Brady Feigl is also a 22-year-old right-handed pitcher from Chesterfield, Missouri, who was drafted just drafted in the fifth round of the 2018 MLB Draft by the Oakland Athletics.

Have a look for yourself. The Rangers Feigl is the one on the left. We're pointing this out, because, well, they are essentially doppelganger of each other.

Not only do they have the same last name that's rather uncommon, they both have red hair, pitch, and wear black-rimmed glasses. No, they aren't related or have even met each other.

Even a surgeon was super confused when he approached the younger Feigl thinking he was the older one when he needed to undergo elbow surgery by Dr. David Andrews.

"The way we found about it actually (was through) Dr. Andrews' office,' explained the right-handed and younger Feigl to Alex Raskin of the Daily Mail. "He's the guy who (performed) both of our surgeries. I was probably six or seven months out of surgery and their office called our trainer and said, 'Hey, when's Brady reporting for surgery? Is he getting down here tomorrow?' He was like, 'He had it six months ago. What are you talking about?'"

"That's how I found out there was two of us."

You would think that maybe their schools would be able to distinguish them or at least know their proper Twitter handle. But nope, Ole Miss' social media team wished the older one a 'happy birthday' thinking it was their student-athlete.

Pretty insane, eh? Now, if we can just find out who's cloning these lookalike baseball players.

Imagine a team full of Brady Feigls. Let's hope they can somehow cross paths either in the minors or bigs one day.
