Did you know? Will Arnett, the Canadian actor known for Arrested Development, Blades of Glory, BoJack Horseman and more, is also a huge fan of his hometown Toronto Maple Leafs.

With the Leafs taking on the Philadelphia Flyers on Friday night, Arnett dropped by the TSN play-by-play booth with Gord Miller to talk some puck and call a brief portion of the game. He also made sure to mention, too, that he thought Gord and Ray would make a fantastic men’s skating pair (and he would know!).

Arnett also shared one of his personal superstitions whenever he attends a Leafs game: He wears a special Leafs trucker hat, which he actually made himself. Guy is pretty crafty!

Wendel Clark is Arnett’s favourite Leaf of all-time, but it was his favourite *current* Leaf, Mitch Marner, that made an impact on Friday’s game — and just moments after Arnett name-dropped him on air, too.

It’s always cool to see a celebrity step into the booth as a guest commentator, and Arnett was a blast to have on air. We’ve seen this guy on a bunch of our favourite shows and movies, but at the same time, you can tell that he just loves to root for his Leafs.

We'd love to see him hop on the call for some more games down the line!
