The Toronto Maple Leafs are set to drop the puck on a critical 2024-25 season. The last time we saw them in NHL action, it was during another early playoff exit at the hands of the Boston Bruins.
But it’s a new year, and you know what that means: a new edition of Called Out!
If you’re new to BarDown, this is a game that we love to play with professional athletes. We usually get them to call out each other, but in this addition we have the Leafs calling out other NHL teams.
With questions like “which team’s fans intimidate you the least” and “which goal horn do you hate,” it’s all in good fun. Saying that, the Leafs weren’t shy about taking a random shot here or there.
This isn’t the first time we’ve played this game with the Leafs, we had them calling out last year as well! In this edition, it was calling out their own teammates.
