Toronto Raptors-mania is at an all-time high, and until the NBA Finals are done you can expect it to just keep growing. It’s somewhere longtime Raps fans may thought they’d never be, but the Raps are in the NBA Finals for the first time ever.
As a result, the fans have been responding accordingly. By the reactions from the Game 1 win, as well as the Game 6 win over the Milwaukee Bucks, you’d think they won the whole thing. Jurassic Park is at an all-time high, and fans have generally been surprising us with their rapidly growing loyalty to the team.
One fan went above and beyond, taking a throwaway Raptors request and following through on it.
Take a look at the caption on this photo from the Toronto Raptors Instagram:
“Hang this in the Louvre” it reads.
The Louvre is one of the most famous art museums in the world. It houses the Mona Lisa, along with countless other pieces of art. You can include this picture of Kawhi Leonard posterizing Giannis Antetokounmpo now too. One Raps fan made sure of that.
In another Instagram post, the Raps fan captions “If y’all wondering why i flew to paris, this is why”. Did she make the trip specifically to pull this stunt? If so, she deserves a spot in the Raptors fan Hall of Fame.
If that doesn’t already exist, it wouldn’t be surprising if it did soon.
