Vince Carter is known for his highlight reel dunks, but as the 41-year-old gets older and wiser, he’s experimenting with new tricks out on the court.
Finishing out his 20th season in the NBA, the Toronto Raptors legend recently told reporters that he’d love to return to Toronto one day following the Sacramento Kings recent trip to Toronto.
Carter got a standing ovation in what was perhaps his final game in Toronto if an actual reunion doesn’t come to fruition.
With the Kings returning home after a four-game road trip, Carter had a cool new trick shot to present on Wednesday night prior to the Kings 104-99 win over the Brooklyn Nets. Vinsanity went behind the baseline started draining shots over the backboard and into the net during warmup.
Normally, we see Vince use the baseline as a starting point for a driving dunk or lay-up, but this is pretty cool. We’ve all tried to nail that shot before, and it’s pretty hard to clear the backboard without clearing the net.
