Most professional athletes are long retired by the time they turn 51-years-old, but that’s not the case for Tony Hawk.

The San Diego, California native played a huge role in making skateboarding as popular as it was in the late 1990’s and early 2000’s and is the first skateboarder to ever land a 900. Fast forward 20 years and he’s still shredding wherever he can.

Hawk is currently in Brazil and staying at the Hotel Unique, and his room shows you exactly how it landed its name. We’re just glad that even at 51-years-old the little kid in him is still alive and he’s still skating wherever and whenever he can.
