One of the most important lessons sports teaches any athlete is that you don't always win and you have to be gracious in defeat.

Tom Brady, for example, played incredibly in Super Bowl 52 against the Eagles, but it wasn't enough and he suffered his third loss in the big game in his career as Philadelphia captured its first ever Super Bowl.

After the game, Brady used the loss to teach his children a valuable life lesson about defeat that everyone should learn at some point.

That clip was from an episode of 'Tom vs. Time' and it's a really great one because it's such a valuable lesson for his kids to learn, especially considering they're much older now than they were the last time he lost in a Super Bowl (2011).

Brady's daughter wasn't even born at the time, but his three kids are old enough to understand that it sucks to lose and that you can't always win.

Furthermore, Brady's wife Gisele Bündchen was all class in defeat and taught her children how to handle defeat with what she did after the loss.
