Patriots quarterback Tom Brady laid down the law on a New England radio station on Monday morning.

Alex Reimer, who works for the Boston sports radio station WEEI made a disparaging comment regarding Tom Brady’s five-year-old daughter. Brady is a guest on the Kirk & Callahan show every Monday morning.

Reimer referred Brady’s daughter as “an annoying little pissant” in reference to a recent episode of Brady’s new Tom vs. Time documentary he released through his Facebook page. While the quote was not directly said to Brady live, the five-time Super Bowl champion was informed about the remark, and had this to say live on air.

“I've tried to come on this show for many years and have showed you guys a lot of respect. I've always tried to come and do a good job for you guys, so it's very disappointing when you that certainly," Brady said. " But my daughter or any child, they certainly don't deserve that."

Word came down last Friday that Reimer would be put on an indefinite suspension by the station, starting immediately.

It’s pretty disappointing and outright wrong to call a five-year-old something like that. No matter what you think of Tom Brady or his family, kids are always off limits when it comes to insults. And besides, do you really want to have a ticked off Tom Brady leading into Super Bowl week?

The 40-year-old Brady is unsure whether he’ll continue to make appearances on the station going forward.
