Friday, Nike finally launched their highly-anticipated NBA collection, officially tipping-off their apparel deal with the league. With Converse being a subsidiary of Nike, the classic American shoe brand had an NBA collection of their own to coincide the launch, releasing three separate editions of the classic Chuck Taylor. The Franchise, the Chuck '70 Legend and the Chuck '70 NBA Gameday, which is made out of a real NBA Jersey.

Each Gameday shoe is a 1 of 250 being sold, and is currently going for $250 USD on the US Converse store's website. All 30 teams are available in both the Gameday and Franchise edition, but the Legends are resereved for the Knicks, Bulls, Lakers, Celtics and Warriors.

The Converse NBA collection is currently unavailable in Canada, but will be launching the the coming weeks. But if you can't seem to wait to grab a pair of Raptors chucks, there's still a few sizes left. But they'll cost you $311 before shipping.

The Franchise versions of the Chuck Taylor are going for a little cheaper, priced at $90 USD. However, they aren't quite as cool as the Gamedays. At least, in our opinion. We think we know at least ONE guy who will definitely be buying a pair.
