You wouldn’t have seen it coming from the first quarter, when the Kansas City Chiefs fell down 21-0 to the Houston Texans early, but they stormed back in historic fashion with 41 unanswered points en route to a dominant divisional-round 51-31 win — yes, that’s Scorigami!
With seven touchdowns scored in a hurry, the Chiefs actually had to announce at one point in the game that they had ran out of touchdown fireworks. Sorry! Too many touchdowns!
So. You mean to tell us that whoever is in charge of pyrotechnics at Arrowhead Stadium, who should be well aware that a guy by the name of Patrick Mahomes is quarterbacking their offense, wasn’t prepared for a seven-touchdown game? Hmmmmmmmmm.
It’s all good though. Lineman Eric Fisher was providing enough fireworks for everyone, bringing back the Stone Cold Steve Austin beer celebration for a touchdown.
