On Saturday, there was a chance for history to be made as Justify could become the 13th horse to win the Triple Crown with a win at the Belmont Stakes.
Justify was a 4-5 favourite heading into the race and the horse lived up to its favourite status as it won the 150th running of the Belmont Stakes to capture the Triple Crown.

Justify is the first Triple Crown winner since 2015 when American Pharoah accomplished the feat and oddly enough, Justify's trainer (Bob Baffert) was American Pharoah's trainer, too.
All in all, everyone watching got the result they were hoping for and the internet congratulated the horse after the thrilling race.
