After months and months of anticipation, Super Bowl 52 is nearly upon us.
The New England Patriots, Philadelphia Eagles, and football fans worldwide have made their way to the Minnesota for what will be the first NFL title game played in their new U.S. Bank Stadium. The Eagles, who are in their first Super Bowl since falling to the patriots in 2005, shared a couple of photos from inside the building and it has the look of a football fantasy land. From the posters on the windows to the locker room makeover, everything about U.S. Bank Stadium is simply stunning.
The new facility cost 1.1 billion to construct and stands as one of the NFL’s nicest (and newest). Vikigns fans will agree that the indoors would have looked a bit more beautiful if a banner of Case Keenum were hanging instead of Nick Foles. After a thrilling divisional round victory over the New Orleans Saints, Minnesota suffered a devastating defeat in the NFC conference championship. So close… yet so far.
Kickoff is set for 5:30 PM Central Time so the stadium should have a beautiful glow on it as the game commences. In a matter of hours, those purple chairs will be flooded with Red, white, blue, and green.
