The Golden Knights celebrated clinching playoff berth in inaugural season with the perfect tweets

The Oilers couldn't help the Golden Knights clinch a playoff berth Sunday night, so Vegas took matters into its own hands a day later when they faced Colorado.

It was a close game (for most of it), but the Golden Knights picked up the victory and clinched a playoff berth in their inaugural season on home ice, and the team's Twitter account celebrated the historic moment with the perfect tweets.

Everyone was waiting for the Golden Knights to officially clinch a playoff spot and now that they have, we can truly appreciate how incredible of an accomplishment making the postseason was for Vegas.
