Ohhhh baby, it is Reverse-Retro SZN right now!!!
It seems like every day there’s another NHL team debuting their new (well, kind of old) look. On Tuesday, one of those teams was the New Jersey Devils.
Playing against the New York Islanders, the Devils donned their classic Christmas-esque Reverse-Retros to the delight of many fans. To celebrate the occasion, the Devils used a classic scene from The Office and we honestly can’t think of anything more appropriate.
They definitely had that one banked from the moment it was announced the Devils would be wearing the Christmas threads. These may be one of the more polarizing Reverse-Retro jerseys, so we would like to take this opportunity to take a firm stance: Frickin’ love them.
