It was only a matter of time before Tyler Seguin and the Dallas Stars agreed to a contract extension and on Thursday, a deal finally got done as the Stars signed Seguin to an 8-year extension.

Rather than just announcing it with a press release or an article, the Stars got way more creative and announced the extension with the help of a classic video game we all know and love.

This isn't the first "Super Seguin Bros." video the Stars have made, either.
Using it to announce his contract extension after scoring on Bowser was pure genius and we can't wait to see what's next for Super Seguin.
