Slowly but surely, teams across the NBA are officially unveiling their "City Edition" uniforms for the season.
The theme of the jerseys are pretty self-explanatory (they all have something to do with the city the team is located in) and using that theme, along with jerseys from the past, has led to some really cool creations.
On Thursday, the Brooklyn Nets were one of the teams that unveiled their "City Edition" uniform and it had a special musical inspiration fans will love.
Inspired by Brooklyn's own Biggie Smalls, the Nets' City Edition jersey has the message of "Spread love, it's the Brooklyn way" behind it. The inspiration and message of the uniform is wonderful, and they also look very sharp. The Nets weren't the only team to drop their City Edition uniform on Thursday, though. (H/T: Brooklyn Nets)
