The Round Rock Express, the Triple-A affiliate of the Texas Rangers, hosted the Omaha Storm Chasers on Saturday night and it just so happened to be 80’s Night at the ballpark.

The team encouraged fans to show up to the game rocking their best 80’s attire, and they made sure they hit the field in their own as well.

In honour of the 1980’s, the Round Rock Express wore awesome Pac-Man themed jerseys on Saturday.

Like most special events, fans got a chance to bid on the game-worn jerseys throughout the night, and there was a very special signed jersey that was added to the auction late in the day.

Nolan Ryan’s son Reid Ryan founded the team and the Baseball Hall of Famer decided to contribute to the auction by signing one of the team’s jerseys with his iconic No. 34 on the back.

Perhaps the team will consider rocking these jerseys again next year because they’re pretty rad.
