Tampa Bay Rays destroy fan on Twitter for his critical opinion of the state of the team

Quietly, the Tampa Bay Rays are just 4.5 games back of the AL East-leading Yankees and 2.5 games back of the Royals for the final AL Wild Card spot.

Monday on deadline day, though, the team made a move that not all fans agreed with.

The #Rays have traded INF Tim Beckham to the Baltimore Orioles in exchange for minor league RH Tobias Myers.

The criticism is somewhat fair, but as the old saying goes, if you dish it out, you better be able to take what comes your way, and the Rays put Samuel on blast for his opinion of the state of the team.

Anyone that follows Tampa's Twitter account knows they're not afraid to respond to fans, and this was just another example of that.
