Aaron Rodgers is a very good quarterback, and the Green Bay Packers are going to pay him like one. On Wednesday, they reportedly agreed to a four-year, $134 million contract extension, which includes more than $100 million in guarantees.
With his new contract, Rodgers becomes the highest-paid player in NFL history. He'll also break the highwater mark for guaranteed money in a deal set by Matt Ryan and the contract that the Atlanta Falcons signed him to, which had a guarantee of exactly $100 million.
Here’s how the sports world feels about Rodgers’ new big money deal.
