It’s an exciting time in football as Championship Sunday is underway! While the Kansas City Chiefs and the New England Patriots are preparing for the elements at Arrowhead Stadium, the New Orleans Saints and Los Angeles Rams weren’t looking to have any problem in the Mercedes-Benz Superdome.
Well, they may have to rethink if the Saints keep pulling off big plays. One Demario Davis interception apparently caused the media room roof to start crumbling.
Now that’s loud. It’s not like the whole stadium is in danger of coming down, but it also isn’t the first time the Superdome has had roof problems. Hurricane Katrina caused an infamous collapse in the roof. Nobody got hurt during the event, but we’re still hoping the structural integrity of the building manages to survive the NFC Championship, whether the Saints win or lose.
They’re literally bringing the house down in New Orleans.
