Russell Westbrook is without a doubt one of the best point guards in the NBA as he’s currently averaging a triple double for the third straight season. However, just because he’s one of the most elite players in the game it doesn’t mean he doesn’t experience his own slip ups from time to time.
Ahead of the Oklahoma City Thunder’s Christmas Day game against the Houston Rockets, the reigning NBA MVP was in game mode as he started to get loose for the game, only he check behind him before he started walking backwards and accidentally took out the anthem singer, Sarah Grace.
Westbrook clearly felt bad about what had just happened as he helped Grace up and clearly asked her if she was alright. She even had some fun with the whole situation on Twitter, with nothing but good things to say about the Thunder point guard.
Just a daily reminder that you’ve got to remember to keep your head up.
