The Sedin twins were something else.
The two enjoyed their entire careers together in Vancouver after being drafted by the organization with the 2nd and 3rd picks in the 1999 draft. Both players participated in more than 1,300 games and each reached the 1,000 point milestone, which has led many hockey fans to believe they will be selected into hockey’s Hall of Fame once eligible.
The Sedins became household names for the NHL and participated in numerous ads together over the years. In 2007, the league released a commercial where the two were forced to put their lighter sides on full display. In the short, a group of men appear to be celebrating a bachelor party and are expecting Swedish twins to spice up the gathering, but then the unexpected happened.
Just watch...
Brilliant.
The two more recently participated in a Gatorade commercial in which Henrik is seen sniping bottles on the bench. Daniel hilariously interrupts his brother and saves his own before it gets its cap blown off.
The Sedins will forever be remembered for their chemistry on the ice, but their teamwork off the ice won’t soon be forgotten either.
