DeMar DeRozan has been the face of the Toronto Raptors ever since the organization selected him with the 9th overall pick in the 2009 NBA Draft and has been one of the most loyal players in the NBA ever since.
However, the 28-year-old made a recent change to his Instagram account that has a lot of Raptors fans and basketball fans curious if he might be on the move in the near future.
DeRozan recently purged his Instagram account and now fans are wondering if his time in Toronto is nearing an end.
Many people think that DeRozan deleting all of his Instagram photos is a sign that he’s going to be traded, but it’s not the first time he’s deleted everything from his account. He also hasn’t made any changes to his Twitter account, which still includes the same bio and pinned tweet about putting the city on his back from before.
A trade isn’t out of the question as the Raptors have recently been tied to the Kawhi Leonard trade rumours, but we’re not going to overreact just yet as this isn’t something new from DeRozan.
