Colin Cowherd doesn't seem to think Tom Brady really had (or has?) much of a connection with the city of Boston, apparently.

The sports personality decided to share a piece of his mind about Brady’s relationship with the city and didn’t exactly hold back while expressing his thoughts. For starters, he felt the need to post a photo of TB12 rocking a Yankees hat while walking with his wife Gisele. Then he proceeded to explain how the 43-year-old was never actually ‘Boston’, calling him “aspirational” instead of “provincial.”

Just take a look at this one…

First of all Colin, he definitely had a bit more than a condo on the cape. Second, why even say this? Who are you to talk about Tom’s relationship with the city of Boston? Just because he decides to leave in the twilight of his career for a change of scenery, doesn’t make him ‘Boston’? Did he not take numerous discounts to win in the city?

Hey, everyone is entitled to their own opinion but this one seemed a bit… much. But a great way to stir the pot! And it obviously sparked some chatter on Twitter:

Just when you thought you had seen it all… have you ever seen all of these things in the same sentence before?!

Six Super Bowls… four Super Bowl MVPs… and most importantly, 20 seasons (with one game played, at least) in Beantown. Say what you want, Colin, but at least part of this guy is very much Boston.
