The NBA Finals are heading back to Oakland one more time for Thursday’s Game 6. During Wednesday’s media day, Pascal Siakam showed that he has one more fashion statement to make.
Spicy P paid homage to his old buddy, DeMar DeRozan, by arriving in DeRozan’s branded Comp10 shirt.
The Raptors got to this point of the playoffs in large part due to Kawhi Leonard, but in the bigger picture, they got to this point in large part due to DeMar DeRozan. The footprint he leaves with his former teammates, the franchise and Raptors fans at large is a significant one.
So, before possibly the biggest moment in Raptors history, of course Siakam had to show some love!
The Raptors have been open about their gratitude to DeRozan and how much they owe to him to getting the franchise to this point. Even in his absence, the legacy that he leaves can be felt in real time.
