Pascal Siakam has exploded onto the NBA scene. After being a big member of what became known as the “Bench Mob” last season, Siakam stepped it up even further and got himself into the Most Improved Player conversation and was eventually named a finalist.
He’s also been drawing comparisons recently to seasoned two-way player Draymond Green. It’s a huge compliment, given Draymond’s all-world reputation on D and his ability to contribute on offence as well.
When asked about the comparisons, though, Siakam didn’t want to hear it.
You have to respect that out of the young Siakam. His play mixed with his positive attitude has certainly put him in a position to continue his rapid development, and a dash of confidence will go a long way as well.
