The Ottawa 67’s hosted the Erie Otters on Sunday night and it wasn’t just another regular season game for the 67’s and their fan base as the hosts showed some love for the other team that calls TD Place Stadium home.
The 67’s hosted their annual Ottawa REDBLACKS game over the weekend and hit the ice in some incredible REDBLACKS-themed jerseys, which they wore all night long. On top of the sweet threads, members of the team were in attendance for the ceremonial puck drop and to sign autographs for the fans.
The REDBLACKS players in attendance included rookie kicker Lewis Ward, running back William Powell and wide receivers Greg Ellingson and Diontae Spencer.
It was a great night overall for the home crowd as they watched the 67’s earn their fifth straight victory and got to meet members of the city’s CFL team as well.
