Oskar Sundqvist suffered some gruesome facial damage from Tom Wilson's hit

On Sunday night, Tom Wilson delivered a controversial hit to Oskar Sundqvist of the Blues. Wilson received a match penalty for the hit and Sundqvist was injured on the play.

Blues coach Mike Yeo said Oskar Sundqvist is "not good" after being injured on hit from Tom Wilson. Hasn't seen team doctor yet, so no official diagnosis, but Yeo said he has "a couple of upper-body injuries" and expects him to be out a while.

Not only was Sundqvist injured on the play, but he was also left way worse for wear than you may have expected.

We hope Sundqvist can return sooner rather than later. Wilson, on the other hand, will likely be missing games, too, as he's scheduled to meet with the Department of Player Safety Wednesday.
