Age doesn’t always treat child stars too kindly.
Joshua Jackson, the captain in Disney’s infamous Mighty Ducks movie, enjoyed success following the film in other hits such as Fringe, The Affair and The Skulls. His old goaltender, played by Shaun Weiss, didn’t exactly follow the same path. The New Jersey native was recently sentenced to 150 days in jail after he was caught stealing $151 worth of merchandise from an electronics store.
Weiss’ name hasn’t been too relevant since the third movie was released in 1996, but he has managed to star in a couple of notable shows including Boy Meets World, Freaks and Geeks, and The King of Queens. His last gig came in 2016 when he played the role of Sean in a short titled ‘Netflix and Chill’.

For all of the millennials out there, hope this news doesn’t make you feel too old. Speaking of which, the 38-year-old looks nothing like he did during the trilogy.
