No. 1 seed Kevin Durant got knocked off in the very first game of the NBA 2K player tournament

No March Madness? No problem. We have our first No. 16 over No. 1 upset over in the NBA 2K player tournament!

In the very first game of the tournament, Kevin Durant was sent packing by Derrick Jones Jr., and it wasn’t that close either — Jones Jr.’s Milwaukee Bucks beat KD’s Los Angeles Clippers by a 78-62 margin.

With both players streaming on video during the game, we definitely got some interesting moments between the two, including when KD crossed up Giannis using Kawhi for the dunk.

The tournament is just getting started, although KD won’t be taking part any longer. Without any real basketball going on right now, we’re going to be watching to see what else comes from this tournament.​
