Back in 2003, LeBron James signed a massive rookie deal with Nike. Now 18 years later, Nike has named their huge Innovation Center in Oregon after King James.

The LeBron James Innovation Center is a 750,000 square foot building that is home to the Nike Sport Research Lab. The building is also equipped with a full-sized basketball court, a soccer field, a track, and a ton of solar panels and motion capture cameras.

The research aspect of this establishment is of course impressive, but some of the details are what really make it stand out. There’s a LeBron James mural with him in his high school jersey. There’s an exhibit with some of LeBron’s never before seen shoe prototypes. What might be the most impressive of all the inclusions is the display that shows all of LeBron’s makes and misses throughout his career. It even highlights some of The King’s milestones including his first shot and his 30000th point.

LeBron James’ inspiration is easily seen throughout the building, and it helps make Nike’s new Innovation Center one of the most impressive buildings around.
