Sunday’s Super Bowl came fully loaded with exciting plays, and the back-and-forth affair made for one of the more memorable Super Bowls in history. In the end, the Eagles took home the championship for the first time in franchise history.

The Eagles were led to victory by backup quarterback Nick Foles, who replaced an injured Carson Wentz near the end of the regular season. Foles’ effort was enough to slay Tom Brady and the Patriots, while winning himself Super Bowl MVP in the process.

One of the plays that defined Foles’ evening was when he ended up on the receiving end of a clever trick play touchdown. Trey Burton received the end-around and found a wide open Nick Foles in the end zone, making Foles the first player ever to both throw and receive and touchdown in a Super Bowl game.

The play is considered to be one of the defining plays, and it drew some amazing play-by-play calls from around the world.

Even the Patriots’ commentators sounded like they got a little riled up as Foles hauled it in. That play would set the stage for the rest of a truly exciting championship.
