The Daytona 500 was dealt a tough blow on Sunday when Mother Nature refused to cooperate for nearly six hours. Fans kept themselves occupied until the race restarted five hours and 40 minutes after it was first delayed.

Apparently it’s not just the fans that are at a bit of a loss of what to do during the downpour, drivers have to figure out what to do as well. Apparently for Chase Briscoe, that would be to take advantage of the time off and hit up a drive-thru for some chow.

Briscoe’s wife Marissa shared out a photo of Chase sitting in the drive-thru of a Panda Express, and quickly had fans wondering if it was, indeed, taken during the rain delay. It didn’t take long for Chase to confirm to hilarious mid-race fast-food run, a fact that is additionally revealed by the fact that he’s still wearing his fire suit.

Sometimes you get a craving you just can’t ignore, and you don’t want to be suffering an uncrushed craving and you’re closing in on the end of the race!
