Champagne showers are common this time of year as every team that advances in the MLB postseason celebrates by spraying champagne in the locker room.
Baseball celebrations are usually pretty wild because of the immediate drinking in the locker room and Tuesday night, the Red Sox were the team doing the celebrating as they eliminated the Yankees.
It's tough to be a reporter trying to interview the players while they're spraying champagne everywhere and it's even more difficult when one of the players accidentally hits you with a cork (yes this actually happened Tuesday night).
Mookie Betts was the player who accidentally hit Guerin Austin of NESN with a cork, but thankfully she was fine and she and Mookie were able to laugh it off. (H/T: Twitter)
