Professional sports franchises are always coming up with new and creative promotions on a yearly basis as a way to attract new fans to the stadium, but no one does it better than Minor League Baseball teams.
The Reno Aces, the Triple-A affiliate of the Arizona Diamondbacks, hosted A Tribute To Johnny Cash Night at the ballpark when they took on the Salt Lake Bees, so you know that meant special uniforms for the home squad.
The Aces’ uniforms for the night featured a massive acoustic guitar and old school microphone on the front of the jersey, while the back of the jerseys featured a train underneath the numbers.
Special caps were also designed to match the limited edition jerseys, which were auctioned off after the game.
