The Leafs seem to be having a lot of fun this season. While part of this is a product of their ongoing success on the ice, another part of it is how well the teammates seem to be meshing off the ice. The Matthews, Marner, Marleau friendship is a great example of this, or the bromance between Marner and Martin, not to mention the NHL 18 tournaments they keep finding themselves in.

Then there is the teams relationship with the Toronto Raptors. Like most cities with multiple big four sports teams, the two Toronto franchises show love for each other when it comes time for full-city support. Just take these awesome retro Raptors commercials, for example.

The Raptors played the Miami Heat on Tuesday. Prior to their 115-112 win over Dwyane Wade’s new team (well, sort of), the Raptors were joined on court by some of their Air Canada Centre buddies for shootaround.

Maybe the Leafs and Raptors simply got booked for the same ACC practice time?
