Mavericks expected to honour Dirk Nowitzki by adding his logo to the court

Dirk Nowitzki is without a doubt the greatest player in Dallas Mavericks franchise history, and next year will be the first season since the 1997-98 campaign that the Mavs will not have the 14-time NBA All-Star on their roster.

However, just because Nowitzki won’t be on the roster, he’s still going to be on the court with them in a way as it appears that the team is going to add tributes to Nowitzki on the court.

The Mavericks haven’t confirmed this just yet, but the Nowitzki tributes also appear in NBA2K20.

We’re guessing this is just the first of many tributes Nowitzki will receive from the Mavericks next season and in the coming years, and they’re all well-deserved.
