Ladies and gentlemen, LeBron James is now a Los Angeles Laker.
On just the first day of free agency, The King made his decision official and now joins the most storied club in basketball. LA boasts a relatively young roster which includes Brandon Ingram, Kyle Kuzma and Lonzo Ball. Selected with the 2nd overall pick in the 2017 draft, Zo was immediately expected to become the new face of the franchise. But as any player would react after landing the best player in the world, he was clearly still ecstatic about the decision.
Like there was any doubt!
Kuzma also couldn’t contain his excitement, taking to Twitter and likely realizing that a championship is now within reach.
LeBron fans are also jumping on board with his decision and showing all sorts of support. This fan is visibly done with his Cleveland jersey and eager to let the LABron era in California begin.
With Zo, Kuzma, LeBron, and Potentially Kawhi Leonard on the way, the Lakers are going to be one fun team to watch next season.
