The Toronto Raptors have been through a lot over the past quarter decade, and unfortunately that includes a lot of heartbreak, a lot of cellar dwelling, and a lot of tears.
Not today, though.
The Toronto Raptors are NBA Champions for the first time in franchise history. It was a long road, but they finally did it. It’s safe to say that the heart and soul of the team is Kyle Lowry.
Following the victory, he gave an emotional message to the country that has taken him in.
