The G.R.O.A.T. – the Greatest Raptor Of All-Time. Look it up and you may just find a picture of Kyle Lowry beside the definition.

Kyle Lowry has been with the Raps since 2012, and since that franchise-altering move he’s ascended to the top of a lot of the team’s rankings. He’s 1st in assists, 3-pointers, steals, triple-doubles and more. The only other Raptor that compares to his numbers is DeMar DeRozan, who sits atop the Games Played and Points list.

To the heavy heartache of Raps fans, there’s a chance that Lowry’s playing days with the Raps are over. With the trade deadline set for Thursday, the Raptors played what could be Lowry’s final game with the team.

Following the big win over the Denver Nuggets, an emotional Kyle Lowry didn’t hang around on the court, and instead went straight to the locker room.

On his way there, he gestured towards the camera, acknowledging the moment.

It was a tough scene for Raptors fans that have come to love #7, as rumours continue to swirl. While it’s tough to imagine Lowry donning a Miami Heat, a Los Angeles Lakers, or a Philadelphia 76ers jersey at this point, one thing’s for sure; Lowry will always have love in the North.
