On the second day of Kickoff with Cabbie, he met up with a legend in the NFL who is hoping to lead a group of young guns to another Super Bowl victory.
Eli Manning already has two Super Bowl rings, but before he enters the season looking for his third, Cabbie had to confirm one thing: The name of the man winning them. Yes, we all know him as Eli Manning, but Wikipedia tells a different story.
Cabbie finds out the truth behind his name, gives him a wine to match and finds out Manning’s favourite commercial in the latest segment with the Giants great.
So, his real name is Elisha (Pronounced Elijah) which we’d never heard before today. He’ll have a little more help than he had in recent years with Saquan Barkley entering the mix, OBJ being back to full health and Sterling Shepard ready to take another step forward.
He can sit back, have a glass of Red Zone Rose and watch some of his hall of fame commercials while the young guns do they heavy lifting… at least he hopes.
