Sports fans tuning into the NBA Finals are still trying to figure out how J.R. Smith managed to forget the score at a crucial time in Game 1 of the series. After picking up a massive offensive rebound it looked like the Cavs were going to steal a last-second victory on the road. Instead, they find themselves down 2-0 in the series heading home for Game 3 on Wednesday night.
Ahead of the Cavs’ first home game of the series, J.R. Smith caught up with David Aldridge and went over everything he’s been through over the past year and how the stuff happening in his personal life means a lot more to him than basketball.
Smith also weighed in on all the memes and graphics he’s seen making their rounds online and even he admits that some of them are pretty funny considering he did make a bonehead play.
