Some of the best workouts one can have is with a fellow athlete or friend. As much as we’d all like to think that we can strictly push our ourselves to our own limit, having a work out partner or buddy is a good way to maximize our full potential. Whether it’s squats or ab workouts, there’s a number of different exercise two can do together.

On the internet, you might see this branded as “couple goals,” but in the sports world, we can apply the “teammate goals” hashtag, especially on this one. 

Houston Astros teammates Carlos Correra and Jose Altuve have a new workout for us all: pulling rope that’s attached to a stack of weights with your 5’6’ ad 165-pound teammate on top.
