Toronto Maple Leafs fans have every right to feel like they’re on top of the world right now after the team’s offseason signing of John Tavares and with all the young talented players they have on the roster.
With the start of the 2018-19 NHL regular season right around the corner, players are currently putting in work at their respective team’s training camp before they hit the ice for some exhibition games. While it may only be training camp, John Tavares didn’t waste any time burying his first goal in a Maple Leafs uniform in front of his new teammates.
It wasn’t the nicest goal, but Leafs fans can certainly get used to watching the five-time NHL All-Star bury for their team.
