Since his retirement, there has been a lot of rumours surrounding the making of John Scott’s story of his life, but that’s not where he’ll make his acting debut.
Perhaps in an effort to prepare him for the role of himself (If that opportunity is granted), Scott has begun acting in other productions – one of which will debut two weeks from now. He tweeted out this news from his own Twitter account, stating he’ll be appearing on the TV series SWAT in two weeks.
You have to wonder if he’ll have the opportunity to play himself in the movie, because there aren’t many people who are 6’8” and can skate like he can. Not only that, but if they need any hockey stunts performed, he’s got the hands to pull it off.
He proved that when he became the NHL All-Star MVP.
