The Toronto Raptors are one win away from advancing to the Eastern Conference Finals for the second time in franchise history after defeating the Philadelphia 76ers in Game 5 Tuesday night.

Most games in this series have been pretty close, but Game 5 was an absolute blowout and Drake and Raptors fans made sure to troll Joel Embiid late in the game.

It's important to remember that the series is in fact NOT over yet and apparently Embiid made sure to tell Drake the same thing before he left.

Embiid later confirmed that he did indeed say he'll be back to Drake.

The 76ers are going to need that level of confidence from their best player if they want to return to Toronto as Embiid has scored just 13 and 11 points in the last two games (both losses).
