Islanders fans are freaking out right now as they anxiously and nervously wait for John Tavares to make a decision on where he'll be playing next season and beyond.
If Tavares does decide to leave Long Island, it will be a huge blow to the Islanders' franchise and its future and speaking of the future, all eyes will be on the young players that will be forced to step up in this scenario.
One of those young players that will eventually be called upon if Tavares leaves is Oliver Wahlstrom. The 18-year-old was drafted 11th overall by New York earlier this month and at his new team's minicamp, he showed exactly why Isles fans were excited about their team picking him.
Wahlstrom dangled not one, but two players en route to a jaw-dropping goal.
This is what Wahlstrom has been doing his entire life and if you don't believe us, check this out:
It looks like the Islanders got a good one and if Tavares stays, the future seems even brighter!
