The Los Angeles Kings and the Vancouver Canucks arrived in China a few days ago and it looks like players from both sides have been having a blast since they arrived.
The Canucks hit the ice for practice shortly after they arrived in Shanghai and the images from the workout looked incredible.
The players have found different ways to stay busy since they arrived overseas, including sightseeing and trying some of the local cuisine.
They’ve also been putting in work at local hockey clinics and events to help grow the game in China.
Although the Kings and the Canucks are going head-to-head on Thursday night, Vancouver’s Bo Horvat and Los Angeles’ Adrian Kempe put their difference aside for a couple of hours as they teamed up together in a shootout challenge and went up against Kings mascot Bailey and Canucks mascot Fin.
They even let some of the local hockey players get in on the fun and take some shots for them in the competition.
We’re not sure who came out on top in this shootout challenge, but it’s very cool to see all the attention the NHL players have been getting from locals since they arrived.
